Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operations within our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software support and troubleshooting for SACWIS.
- Assist users with data entry and ensure adherence to federal reporting requirements.
- Manage software security tasks, including user ID and password creation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, Word, Excel).
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Genesys phone systems and Salesforce.
- Experience with software testing.
- First and second-tier help desk experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
