expand, we are seeking a qualified Foreman/Project Manager to lead our field team and ensure
the successful execution of our projects.
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated licensed electrician to step into a leadership role as a
Foreman/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work,
the ability to lead a team, manage projects from start to finish, and align with our values of
teamwork, growth, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of electricians, providing direction and support on job sites.
- Oversee mid- to large-scale electrical projects, ensuring quality workmanship and safety
- compliance.
- Utilize estimating software (preferably ConEst) to help develop and manage project bids.
- Collaborate with the office team, leveraging field management software such as Contractor to
- stay organized and track project progress.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including task completion, challenges, and
- progress reports.
- Assist with job walkthroughs and estimates as required.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment where everyone contributes to the
- company’s success.
- Exhibit leadership by providing hands-on support as needed and setting the standard for work
- ethic and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Licensed electrician (MA, NH, and/or ME preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing electrical projects.
- Proficiency with estimating software (ConEst preferred) and other relevant computer tools
- (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite).
- Experience with field management software, such as Contractor , is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate tasks, obstacles, and project
- progress clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, with a desire to grow
- both personally and professionally.
