Sunnyvale Post Acute is looking for an energetic Director of Staff Development (DSD) who can work alongside the Director of Nursing and Administrator to provide clinical training (in-services) and ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Responsibilities of DSD :
- Plan and implement facility orientation and job skill training

- Current, valid state RN or LVN license required - LVN preferred
- DSD Certification preferred, but not required
- 1 year or more experience providing direct patient care, preferably in a long-term care facility
