We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advocate to handle client intake and close the deal by converting leads into retained clients. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales skills , excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping people navigate their legal options.
Compensation : 5-$8
Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, assessing their legal needs.
- Clearly explain the firm’s services, pricing, and case process to help clients make informed decisions.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to ensure timely engagement.
- Address client concerns and overcome objections to secure retainers .
- Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition into case management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions in the firm’s CRM system.
