Job Description :

We are seeking a results-driven Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, prioritizing, and capturing new business opportunities. This strategic role will focus on aligning our go-to-market approach with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and an expert in creating systems that empower decision-makers to make data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Market and Use Case Analysis :

Develop a deep understanding of relevant customer use cases and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive revenue growth.

Prioritization and Tracking :

Identify and evaluate key priorities across the business.

Establish frameworks for determining how to approach opportunities and measure progress against strategic goals.

Metrics Definition :

Design and implement metrics or models that provide visibility into sales performance and areas for expansion.

Ensure key decision-makers have access to real-time insights to guide strategic initiatives.

Analytical Expertise :

Leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance, refine strategies, and drive decision-making.

Provide clear reporting on metrics and outcomes tied to go-to-market initiatives.

Account Penetration and Strategic Hiring :

Develop strategies for account penetration that optimize resource allocation and hiring priorities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align day-to-day operations with broader strategic goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.

Exceptional ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Experience designing systems and processes to improve visibility and decision-making at scale.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
