Reporting to our Talent Sourcing Manager, you'll play a key role in connecting us with the most talented and innovative engineers in the industry-people who not only push the boundaries of space and engineering but also inspire us to do our best work.

This will be a full-time, contract position located in our Long Beach location.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top aerospace and hardware engineering candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our technical hiring needs
- Engage with potential candidates through compelling messaging and outreach and other creative avenues
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for our roles
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, translating these requirements into a sourcing strategy
- Experiment with creative sourcing tactics and continuously seek ways to improve outreach effectiveness
