Care Coordinator for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic
The right person :
WILL be a team player, with a positive & Friendly attitude.
MUST be dependable and organized.
MUST be capable of multi-tasking and thrive in a high-energy work environment.
Experience in healthcare admin setting a plus, but not required.
Interest in health and Fitness a plus.
Additional skills that align with this position are :
Familiarity insurance rules, insurance billing and HIPPA regulations.
Basic Computer competence. Proficiency in commonly used software (Office or similar, Excel, Adobe, etc).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills. Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
Capable of providing excellent customer service.

Work Duties Include :
Direct interactions with patients
Scheduling. Verifying patient insurance benefits. Explaining benefits to patients.
Communication with clinicians and patients regarding all administrative aspects of their care / experience.
