Job Description
As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, with a strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient care principles. A valid NYS license and certification in CT and X-ray technology are required. IV certification is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Develop and maintain patient relationships, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid NYS license as a Radiology Technologist
- Certification in CT and X-ray technology
- IV certification (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient care principles
Benefits
We offer a competitive total weekly gross pay of $3,002 and a nontaxable weekly stipend of $1,246. W2 pay is $43.90/hour, with overtime at $65.85/hour. We guarantee 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
