We are seeking a creative, metrics-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will combine digital marketing expertise with content writing and creation responsibilities, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively using online digital marketing methodologies. You understand and have been effective in managing PPC, SEO and paid social advertising marketing ideally for a SaaS company.

As a Digital Content Marketing Manager , you will drive executing digital marketing campaigns and manage budget spend and ROI. Along with writing compelling marketing copy, you will be responsible for trafficking and managing the plan for social media posts, email campaigns, PPC, paid social and web site metrics. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both digital marketing methodologies and platforms, content / marketing copywriting and who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Digital Marketing

Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials meet project goals and deadlines. Channels include email, social media, webinars, ads, web site and more.

Manage all PPC, SEO and paid social advertising campaigns, budgets and creativity. Utilize your own experience, internal resources and external agency partners to effectively manage and report on ROI.

Experience with LinkedIN, Google Adwords, effective keyword utilization and methodologies to improve SEO.

Create content and maintain editorial calendar of organic social media posts, blogs and email campaigns and newsletters. You will lead the copywriting process for digital content creation and maintain publishing and deployment on paid and organic digital platforms.

Manage, edit and make changes to the company's website and campaign landing page development.

Content Development

Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and digital ads.

Produce printed and electronic marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and slide decks.

Develop and maintain templates for ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

Work closely with the Director and Marketing team to ensure all materials align with the company's brand guidelines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, SMEs, sales and commercial team and others at Vastian.

Provide feedback and recommendations for improving digital marketing, PPC and online marketing programs and spend based on performance data and team feedback.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing or similar role

5 years of experience copy writing and designing effective digital, email and social media campaigns; content writing samples are required

Experience working with external agency vendors and internal SMEs

Experience with WebFlow website CMS software is preferred

Experience with web site metrics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Hotjar and Moz to monitor, report on and make improvements to web site and traffic.

Strong communication and digital ad copy writing expertise that engage both current customers and new logo leads

Organization and time management skills to execute synchronous campaign schedules

Strong work ethic and determination to solve problems

Willingness to learn new tools and dive into new projects

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with successful marketing to healthcare and hospital decision makers and personas

SaaS healthcare company experience preferred

Experience at a marketing agency beneficial

Strong copywriting background
