We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with laboratory customers across healthcare. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to help our customers maximize the value they receive from our products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and outbound engagement with our most important existing clients to increase our book of business with each client and show the value of having the complete Vastian product suite. You will work with the sales and marketing team to create new strategies and approaches to upselling and cross-selling within our client base. You will work with Client Success to identify clients to engage with based on performance and usage data and engage with clients nearing the end of their subscription to drive renewals with add-on subscription purchases. You will leverage Salesforce to manage leads, work opportunities and analyze client behaviors and subscriptions.
