- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA standards.
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure that all care practices align with ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary approaches to patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and implement improvements as necessary.

Experience
