Must have:
- Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline for developing interactive e-learning courses, simulations, and assessments.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia learning principles.
- Experience in developing and managing standardized processes or protocols that comply with HR and organizational policies.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including larger projects that span multiple clients or business units.
- Ability to consistently monitor tasks and projects, responding to stakeholder requests accurately and promptly.
- Ability to create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories, and provide training on best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting information clearly to larger group settings.
