What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Vastika Inc?
Skills: Maintenance Supervisor, Maximo, PM, CNC, CNC Machining, Hydraulic
MUST HAVE:
- BA/BS plus 2-5 years professional experience; or Advanced Degree plus 0-3 years professional experience.
- Experience with Maximo work order system.
- Experience with Developing a PM maintenance plan.
- Completing tasks before starting another task Experience with CNC machines (programming a plus)
- Experience in CNC machining and installing motors on hydraulic units.
- Leading a small team and not afraid to get hands dirty (this is a must being able and willing to work on equipment)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shift Timing:
- 1st shift 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday.
Notes from the Hiring Manager:
- We need someone with a lot of hands-on experience, as well as knowing how to do PMs on machines and set up a PM system (preventative maintenance). 90% of are machines are CNC’s so strong knowledge of CNC machining, having worked on hydraulic units installing motors.
