Must Have:

- Minimum 3 years of related administrative, office management, or coordination experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and management skills
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects effectively
- Experience managing office logistics, such as supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to schedule meetings, coordinate events, and manage office facilities
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Work Requirements:
- 100% onsite at the Bloomington, MN office
- Part-time schedule (25-30 hours per week with some flexibility on days/hours)
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension/conversion
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a regional or corporate office setting
- Previous experience with SAP for financial tracking, budgeting, or reporting
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination
