I need someone with experience in evaluating and reviewing offshore vendors. I need to have experience working with offshore vendors.
Essentially, review the overall roster of vendors, review contracts for each vendor in each line of business, review client satisfaction, determine if vendors are not performing and need to be eliminated, or if there is duplicity in contracts, or savings from combining lines of business contracts, renegotiate terms etc.
Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects involving offshore vendors and contractors. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, coordinate communication, and ensure the successful delivery of quality work.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between internal teams and offshore partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects involving offshore vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and offshore teams.
Coordinate reviews and revisions of work, providing clear feedback and instructions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication across time zones, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, feedback, and revisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably with offshore or remote teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in working with global teams
