Summary: Vatic Outsourcing, a growing telecom consulting firm, is seeking a part-time intern for our Administration & Human Resources Department. This person will support our Admin & HR team with day-to-day operations, assisting in various administrative and human resources functions. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term career path in administration or HR. This position will consist of 20-29 hours per week. As a growing business, there is also a likelihood that a successful internship could turn into a permanent position in our firm.
This role will start as a summer internship – if the internship is successful, there is a possibility it will turn into a permanent role with the company.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours/week.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local errands, including checking the company’s PO box.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to operate general office equipment.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
· Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
· Travel locally as needed to check the company’s PO box for mail and checks.
· Assist with general administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and filing.
· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
· Assisting in coordinating company events, celebrations, and philanthropy efforts.
· Support internal communication efforts, including drafting emails and notices.
· Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
· Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and candidates for interviews.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Working towards college degree preferred.
· Two years of administrative or facilities experience preferred.
· Two years of customer service experience required.
Supervisory Responsibility: While there is not a formal responsibility for personnel management, this role will work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations.
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. Must be able to work on-site at our office.

Salary : $15
