Vattenfall is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner that will work in our London office. As a partner you are a trusted advisor to the business in the UK. You proactively advise your customers on the most efficient road to attract a rich mix of individuals. You find the right talents by using modern technologies and deliver a smooth and secure process for both business and candidates.

By doing so, we empower the business with the right superpowers to enable fossil free living within one generation.

We are an international recruitment team, with colleagues in The Netherlands, Denmark and Poland. As a strategic recruitment partner, we achieve our customer’s long term staffing goals and fulfil short term recruitment needs. The recruitment team's goal is to work as trusted advisors in competence supply, as well as an ambition to work as a reliable partner to the business within recruitment, with a focus on quality and proactivity. We take ownership and responsibility for our assignments and work with great business focus throughout the process.

What are you going to do?

  • Receive full operational responsibility for the delivery in recruitment processes. Planning, execution and follow up. Make sure our customers, the hiring managers, get the right quality and service in the process. Make sure Vattenfall have an excellent candidate experience during the process;
  • Have the capability to analyse the competence need and come up with a plan to secure the need. You look for the future competence of Vattenfall, not only act on the “here and now” perspective. You have the ability to analysis data and identify the right search/sourcing activities;
  • Take a clear ownership of your responsibilities and show an entrepreneurial spirit in the work. You have strong skills in stakeholder management to keep all stakeholders informed and happy;
  • Ensure a degree of standardization and best practice sharing within the team and secure that all legal and compliancy aspects are covered throughout each recruitment process;
  • Handle the full recruitment process from A to Z. ​

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is inspired to join our journey of change! You have a genuine interest in getting to know the business, which is more technical focused, and the ability to analyse and create a plan to meet the business needs. You get energy from working service-oriented and proactive. You are working with a clear structure and stay in close contact with your business.

Furthermore you have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree;
  • At least 5 years practical experience of working with recruitment on corporate or agency side;
  • Strong social and communicative skills. You are capable of having a flexible style depending on your customer;
  • Good communicator in verbal and written English;
  • High ability to work independently.
