Under the general guidance of the physicians/providers performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasonographic procedures.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Two years of college Required
- Graduate of a Program in Discipline Preferred
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- BLS must be current within 30 days from hire date.
Licenses:
- Registered or Registry eligible in Ultrasound.
- Must be registered within one year of employment.
