Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members, the Graphic Designer will contribute to the development of innovative materials for both digital and print media, supporting Vaughn's marketing and communication goals.Duties / ResponsibilitiesCreate visually compelling graphics for presentations, proposals, and marketing materialsDesign and produce high-quality visual content, including brochures, infographics, and digital media, to reflect our brand and advance our mission, initiatives, and awareness goalsCollaborate with the marketing manager and technical staff to develop branding materials and ensure consistency across all visual communicationsFollow a marketing calendar and meet internal deadlinesWork closely with the team members to support day-to-day content deliverablesRetouch photographyConduct stock assets search criteria and inventoryManage the cataloging and organization of photography, files, and documentation of design projectsOther duties as assigned.Education and Training Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeExperience with presentation design using PowerPointKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExcellent communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of all marketing channels and the production of marketing assetsBasic photography retouching and video editing skillsFamiliarity with social media design best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Have a brand-centered portfolio : You can demonstrate exceptional design, typography, color theory, layout, and solid conceptual thinking skills.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics : You execute according to a plan and specific brand guidelines.Organized : You are initiative-taking, have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and can think and execute quickly under tight deadlines and within a structured environment.Biased towards action : You have a strong work ethic; no task is too small, and you're compelled to go the extra mile to get things done.Collaborator : You are a team player with solid communication skills.Tenacious : You do not get discouraged easily; you respond to adversity with humility and resourcefulness.Engaged : You can concurrently manage multiple projects of various lengths and complexity and prioritize competing deadlines and projects.Work Location : In person
