What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Vault Manufacturing?

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating molding machines, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.

Pay: $12-12.50 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Monday to Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

Remove molded products from the machine and inspect for defects.
Package and label products according to standard work instructions.
Identify and report any non-conforming products to supervisors or quality technicians.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Complete all required production reports accurately and legibly.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).
Work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and good attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Ability to read and understand English to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
Basic math skills.
Capable of lifting 25 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a labor-intensive environment requiring full mobility.
Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
