WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
The PARTNER PORTFOLIO SPECIALIST position is dedicated to assisting both VaxCare and our Partners in the reduction of stagnant inventory on hand with proactive outreaches, and any other outreach efforts that may arise.
The ideal candidate has the ability to be a self-starter, collaborator, and effective communicator. They must be able to manage themselves, as needed, while ensuring that both the quality of work and performance targets are met. This role consists of working with:
Active & Inactive Clinics with Inventory On Hand:
o Conducting outreaches on a monthly basis to ensure that our Partners are administering doses and/or checking doses out via the VaxCare platform
o Conducting outreaches on a monthly basis to ensure that expired inventory is returned in a timely manner.
o Ad hoc support for Inventory Variance management, BuyBack processing, and Seasonal vaccine related outreaches.
