VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!
We are searching for someone who is passionate about leading data analysis and reporting for the Revenue Cycle Management team at VaxCare
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
- Bad Debt management
- Identify first pass collection and bad debt trends for healthcare claims
- Deliver bad debt forecasts and drivers
- Complete ad hoc analysis of payment issues
- Analyze quantitative data and synthesize results into meaningful reports and presentations
- Reporting Infrastructure
- Design key reports with measurable KPIs that align with business goals and objectives
- Facilitate building and QA of reporting with internal Data Analytics teams
- Team Management
- Train and mentor team to successfully deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting
QUALITIES OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Analytical – ability to use logical reasoning and methodology to solve problems

- Natural curiosity – wants to know how billing systems work and interact with each other

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role with heavy emphasis on data analysis
- Advanced skills in key analytics tools including Power BI, Excel, SQL
- Must have working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience within healthcare field strongly preferred
