- Identify opportunities to expand Vayda's presence in the region, prospecting new growers who are interested in transitioning to regenerative agriculture.
- Work closely with growers during onboarding to ensure they feel supported in the integration of the conversion plan.
- Help problem-solve in-season with growers to address issues arising from the integration of new practices.
