You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand Vayda's presence in the region, prospecting new growers who are interested in transitioning from conventional to regenerative agriculture. This involves utilizing your knowledge of the industry and Vayda's offerings to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each grower.
In addition, you will ensure that value is delivered as promised to current growers, following up regularly to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify areas for improvement. Your goal is to ensure that growers are satisfied with Vayda's Soil offering and are achieving their sustainability and productivity goals.
