WHAT YOU'D DO:
- Lead the analysis of campaign and customer data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
- discover meaningful insights and build internal and external cross-functional relationships
- Uncover the narrative behind the numbers by going beyond reporting to analyze the layers of data, extracting insights, and clearly articulating their significance and implications for business outcomes.
- Produce clear, accurate, and timely deliverables that analyze online user behavior and motivations, offering actionable insights to meet client business objectives.
- Take ownership of QA processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Present complex analytics deliverables to senior-level clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
- Collaborates effectively with client teams to facilitate integrated cross-channel storytelling, data interpretation, insight generation, and the evolution of analytics programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools, processes, and best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts, helping them build their technical and strategic skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in key analytics disciplines, leveraging advanced concepts to drive deeper insights for clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in media analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated success in delivering insights.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in various media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
