What You'd Do:
- Source and compile information on speakers in a consistent and accurate manner
- Research events and potential buyers
- Maintain our database of deals, speakers, and buyers, with up to date and accurate information, constantly updating with new information over time
- Protect proprietary information about each specific deal
- Manage an active deal flow of contracts
- Coordinate with our marketing team to create custom sales pitches
- Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
- An interest in a long term career in sales
- A willingness to learn and an outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ethics and integrity
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize
- Familiarity with G Suite
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or travel industry
