This role ensures that our systems, data, compliance, and backend processes empower the care team to focus on what they do best—caring for members.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and operational expert who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare environment. They bring a deep understanding of healthcare operations and technology, with the ability to integrate systems, streamline processes, and remove barriers to high-quality care delivery in our communities.

    • Develop, implement, and optimize operational and supportive clinical care operation workflows, processes, and tools to support and scale seamless care and business operations across multiple sites.

    • Help design, integrate, implement, optimize, manage, and scale backend clinical operations to support front-end clinical and business workflows such as for our EMR, billing, clinical data and reporting, etc to optimize member and team care as well as for the business over time.

    • Leverage healthcare technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness, data management, patient outcomes, and care team and patient experience.

  • Scalable Expansion While Keeping to Clinical Excellence:

    • Help create and support strategies, design, and management (ie compliance, risk, governance) and capabilities (ie technology, data) to support the organization’s growth in staff and members.

    • Help plan and execute site expansions, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to organizational goals.

    • Collaborate on panel size management, productivity metrics, and care access optimization as membership and care teams increase.

  • Technology, Data, & Compliance Integration
