We are a resourceful, solution seeking, fast-paced and dynamic team that is currently seeking a Lien Negotiator to join our firm.
The ideal candidate is responsible for effectively valuing bodily injury claims, settling with insurance companies, and communicating with clients.

Essential Duties :
- Assemble, organize, and analyze client medical bills and records
- Analyze and calculate liens according to Hospital Lien Act, California Civil Code § 3040
- Submit and procure statutory liens from : Medi-Cal; Medicare; The Rawlings Company; and other health insurance companies
- Negotiate Medical Payments insurance as well as subbed-out attorney liens
- Differentiate liens from : emergency medical treatment; hospitals; ambulances; collection agencies; chiropractors; and medical doctors
- Correspond with clients and insurance companies over the phone and through email
- Collate case costs
- Maintain active working case load
- Process final case disbursement and case file closing
