Responsibilities

- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Support other office functions as required, including clerical duties and personal assistant tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH AND ENGLISH)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications
- Strong organizational skills and proficient in data entry and typing with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
