What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Attorney (Spanish Bilingual ONLY) - Removal Defense position at Vazquez & Servi, P.C. Immigration Law?
Vazquez & Servi, P.C. is a well-established boutique immigration law firm in Atlanta. We provide the highest quality legal representation to the immigrant community in the area since 1996. Our clients often have no immigration documents even though they have mixed-immigration status families and years of living in the United States. Clients trust our firm because of our strong reputation for keeping our promises to provide high-quality, professional, diligent and responsive legal services.
We seek a new associate to join our firm to handle removal defense and complicated immigration cases with waivers.
We will train a new attorney, but we will give preference to experienced immigration attorneys or attorneys with substantial litigation experience.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong legal analysis abilities, writing skills, and interest in immigration litigation.
Other qualities include:
- Spanish fluency with superior verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills and patience to explain complicated, multi-step case strategies to our clients who are unfamiliar with the American justice system and speak limited English
- Commitment to providing the immigrant community with highly professional, responsive legal service
