Job Description Job Description Position SummaryQuality Control Production Technicians are responsible for ensuring production operations conform to all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards related to Quality and GMP. - Routine Work : Inspect products across the three stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure quality standards are met.Monitor processes across the three stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure quality standards are met.Address in-process QC deviations and non-conformances in manufacturingOperate as a Liaison between QC and Production DepartmentsParticipate in IQ / OQ / PQ of new and modified equipmentDocument, sample, and inspect Raw Materials, Bulk Manufacturing, and Finished Good ManufacturingDevelop and maintain inspection reportsEnsure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specificationsMaintain calibration of quality control equipmentPrepare and maintain test data for reviewEvaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standardsIdentify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordinglyCommunicate quality or compliance concerns with urgencySkills RequiredExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent writing skillsStrong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts, including fractions, ratios, and proportionsAbility to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to walk / stand for >
