Key Responsibilities:
- Keep things running smoothly by handling HR paperwork, data entry, and scheduling.
- Help new hires feel welcome by coordinating onboarding, processing paperwork, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Be the go-to person for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Help plan company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with company guidelines and labor laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
