- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Helping coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assisting in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support for performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Handling employee inquiries and supporting day-to-day HR operations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
What We’re Looking For:
