This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team! If you have a passion for people and a knack for organization this might be the perfect role for you. As an HR Coordinator you will be the backbone of our HR department ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in a variety of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is uptodate and accurate.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollment and answering employee questions.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in an HR role or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Must Reside in Missouri
  • WFH Requirements

  • Must have verified internet service (secure reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk chair electrical outlet direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer) after 90 days of employment.
  • Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g. technical security physical noise levels Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g. remote desktop observation call and screen recordings live webcam monitoring pictures of workspace setup video chats etc.).
  • Be available accessible and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts follow technical support processes comply with organizational security and compliance standards trainings performance management recurring management routines manual and automated remote monitoring policies etc.
