Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Development Lead to oversee the end-to-end development of high-quality Android and iOS applications.
The role involves managing and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the mobile roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration of UX / UI designs with robust backend services.
Candidates should have 5 years of mobile development experience (Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C) and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI / CD pipelines, and API integrations (REST / GraphQL) is essential. Familiarity with cross-platform tools like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills are critical for this position.
