Role : Contact Center Engineer (NICE)
Location : Dallas, TX (Min 3 days Onsite))
2 Months contract with possibility of extension.
JD :-
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop, implement, and support the NICE InContact CCaaS platform, including voice, chat, and email channels.
The role involves designing and building contact flows, integrating CCaaS with CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics, and acting as a Tier 3 escalation point.
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in contact center technologies, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java, and a solid understanding of CCaaS operations.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in global teams.
