Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Night Nurse Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, including but not limited to, employee evaluations, recruitment, retention, employee engagement. the responsibilities also include ensuring the provision of patient care consistent with department/hospital and regulatory standards. This position will cover the Adult ED, Psych ED, and Pediatric ED. This is a full-time night position.
Requirements:
- RN license of MA
- BLS and ACLS
- Certification in related specialty areas may also be required
- A minimum of three to five years clinical experience in an Emergency Department is required. Charge nurse or supervisory experience is a preferred.
