JD:

We are seeking a highly experienced Google Cloud Platform Architect with a deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) data ecosystem and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing large-scale data platforms on Google Cloud Platform while working on diverse real-time and batch data processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement large-scale data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

Design and develop streaming data solutions using Google Cloud Platform-native tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and propose robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions across multiple use cases.

Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of data solutions.

Work with data observability tools to monitor and improve data quality and system health.

Leverage Google Cloud Platform services like Dataflow, DataProc, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL for optimized data architecture.

Provide technical leadership and mentor teams in best practices for Google Cloud Platform-based data engineering and architecture.

Experience in financial services domain is preferred, given the industry-specific data challenges and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform data services including Dataflow, DataProc, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and real-time data processing.

Familiarity with data observability solutions to ensure data quality, monitoring, and governance.

Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
