Role-Oracle Financials Expert
Type-C2C/W2
Location -(Seattle, WA and Dallas, TX)
Technical Skills:
- Oracle Financial ERP System Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Device Life Cycle, Purchasing, and Expenses) from both a data and process end to end flow perspective
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & Oracle Cloud Financials:
- Familiarity of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for integration with test automation tools
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials features and tools
- Data Management:
- Deep understanding of Oracle Financial ERP Databases/tables/fields, including SQL, PL/SQL for querying the database and supporting architectural designs of test automation
- Skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for designing test automation of Oracle ERP data flows
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other tools
- System Architecture & Design:
- Experience in ERP architecture design for financial management and supporting business processes
Functional Skills:
- Financial Accounting Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of financial accounting concepts (e.g., General Ledger, trial balances, financial close, chart of accounts)
- Business Process Mapping:
- Ability to map business processes to Oracle Financials functionality and ensure business alignment
- Experience with process reengineering to optimize financial workflows
- Project Management:
- Proficiency in project management techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for ERP implementation
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA) to track implementation progress
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into test validation rules for Oracle Financials system
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Expertise in creating and executing test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
- Ability to ensure that all financial transactions and processes work as expected in the ERP system
- Training & Documentation:
- Skills in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users
- Ability to document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference
