Job Summary
The Senior Quality Officer is responsible for leading healthcare quality and patient safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes. This executive-level role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in implementing and sustaining quality improvement programs in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee quality improvement and patient safety programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and mentorship to quality teams and healthcare professionals.
Facilitate staff education on quality and safety best practices.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
Implement evidence-based practices to support quality initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree required.
Experience : Progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality and safety.
Track Record : Demonstrable improvements in healthcare quality and patient safety.
Certifications : CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) and CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety), or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Education : Master’s degree preferred.
