Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and test systems of moderate to high complexity.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements.
- Investigate and resolve complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.
- Design and implement strategic partner integrations.
- Participate in the specification and design of new features at client or business request.
- Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, code review, and training to coworkers.
- Apply advanced knowledge to develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Job Specific Requirements:
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
- Experience working with agile teams using ADO or other agile-specific tools.
- Experience working in Lightning platform and customizations.
- In-depth knowledge and experience developing applications using Apex, Aura, LWC components, and lightning flow.
- Understanding of the Salesforce CICD processes.
- Open to learning new tools and technologies as applicable.
- Experience in integrating internal and external 3rd party applications with Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certifications are required.
Good to have:
- Experience in Cloud technologies is a plus.
- Experience working with MuleSoft is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
