You’ll work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our clients not only get the solutions they need, but also feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, coordinating post-sale efforts, or communicating valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams, your role will be pivotal in shaping our client's success. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Success Trainee:
- Client Onboarding & Support – Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering a positive first impression
- Ongoing Client Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on project statuses or changes
- Problem Resolution – Address any client concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency, working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to resolve challenges quickly
- Sales and Strategy Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure that client feedback and needs are communicated effectively and that new solutions align with client expectations
- Client Retention – Implement strategies to strengthen relationships and keep clients engaged, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
- Reporting and Feedback – Provide regular feedback and detailed reports on client interactions, trends, and satisfaction levels, helping both sales and marketing adjust strategies as needed
- Client Education – Educate clients on new products, services, and opportunities, helping them maximize the value of their relationship with the company
- Account Management – Work with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and develop account growth strategies that align with client goals
- Process Improvement – Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes related to client communication, onboarding, and satisfaction to enhance the overall client experience
Key Requirements for the Verizon Customer Success Trainee:
- Bachelor’s Degree – A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desired
- Proven Experience in Client Service – Previous experience in client-facing roles, especially in sales, marketing, or account management
- Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities to build rapport and ensure clarity in client interactions
