In this role, you will be responsible for managing new and existing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a trusted partner of Verizon Telecommunications, we have been tasked with expanding customer outreach and closing sales of Verizon's industry-leading Wireless, Internet, and Mobile Solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Agent:
- Promote Verizon’s Internet and Wireless services, presenting tailored sales solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage directly with customers, providing solutions that align with their communication and technology needs.
- Set and achieve sales goals by participating in training sessions focused on compliance, customer interaction, and mindset development.
- Professionally address customer questions and guide them through the sales process with their best interests as the top priority.
- Efficiently process customer requests and orders, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
- Stay informed about the latest sales techniques and strategies to better assist customers and enhance your skills.
Verizon Sales Agent Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and close sales
- Outgoing, charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and competitive, with a desire to grow and succeed.
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position
- Pay: an average of $120-160 per new customer enrolled; on average each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day
- Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week)
- Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover
- Clients & Products: We work with Verizon customers promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products)
