We're looking for a talented JavaScript Developer to join our team, working on a critical initiative: replacing our current CRM system.
Contract to hire opportunity and onsite in Northwest Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key features for our next-generation CRM application.
- Collaborate closely to design, develop, and test features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help make technical decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6 ).
- Solid experience with Angular (as this is the current CRM's tech stack).
- Demonstrated experience with Next.js 15
- Understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and accessibility.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
