Our client, a rapidly growing organization in Orlando, FL, is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join their technical support team. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of end-user technology and providing expert support to both users and junior team members within the Orlando office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity within the Orlando office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
- Mentor Tier 1 technicians and assist with more complex problem-solving.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes, contributing to the knowledge base.
- Participate in IT projects including office moves, new site setups, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Support both Windows and macOS environments, including advanced troubleshooting, device imaging, and configuration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication with end-users.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles, preferably in environments similar to the Orlando office.
- Strong experience with imaging technologies for deploying and maintaining end-user devices.
- Proven expertise in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
