Associate Veterinarian - Boston, MA

VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to complement our talented team in South Weymouth, Massachusetts.

South Shore Weymouth is one of the largest VCA hospitals on the East coast at 28,000 square feet! On our GP side we support 8-9 doctors and practice the highest quality medicine. The facility houses 40 total doctors. As for specialists, we have every specialty that you could ever need to refer a patient to, and we have 2 of most of them! You have a patient that needs an ultrasound same day? We have got you covered. Rest assured that your patients receive continuous support through our emergency and critical care service, ensuring their well-being around the clock should they need it.

We also have a satellite location, VCA South Shore Quincy, with which we rotate and share doctors with to give you a break from the hustle and bustle at Weymouth.

Our GP doctors typically work 4 days per week, with at least 1 dedicated surgery day. However, we are flexible and can adjust the number of surgery days per week based on need or preference.

In the area of South Weymouth there is no shortage of things to do. The South Shore is a beautiful area; close to the coast but not a far drive from Boston either. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants to make everyone happy! You can find skiing in the winter, fresh AND salt water to swim or relax at in the summer; and in the fall, you’re just a short drive from the beauty that is the leaves changing colors. You don’t want to miss the seasons in New England!
