The Job

We are seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team at one of our hospitals. As a leader in animal care services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for advancement and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing clinic operations and leading our team of Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Housekeeping staff
• Developing and implementing procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflows
• Collaborating with hospital management and supervisory teams to achieve business objectives
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff to ensure they meet the needs of our patients and clients
• Providing guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and advance their careers
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, where team members feel valued and supported

Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician - CVT, LVT, RVT, LVMT (FL CVT Preferred)
• 5 years of clinical experience
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a fast-paced animal care environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
