VCA Chancellor Animal Hospital located in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for an Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.
Our practice has been part of the VCA family since 2005. We currently have 3 Full time Doctors and are adding to our exceptional team. One of our Doctors has been with our practice over 20 years! Our Medical Director loves to mentor and our 3rd Doctor has years of emergency medicine experience. This is a great team to be a part of! We have laser surgery, ultrasound and cold laser equipment. We will happily train the right candidate to become comfortable using all of our state of the art equipment.
This position is full time. We are open 6 days a week until 6pm and Saturdays until 3pm and closed on Sundays. Our rotating schedule for Saturdays will allow you to have every other weekend off and a set schedule with one weekday off.
We are located in the heartland of where the Civil War took place and have numerous attractions and battlefields to visit where you can still see the canons used and the trenches dug during the war! We are also located only 60 miles from our nation’s capital Washington DC.
