What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Emergency Veterinarian position at VCA Animal Hospitals?
VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians to join our new Traveling Emergency Veterinarian program! The Travel Emergency Veterinarian will serve as a full-time locum veterinarian for our Specialty and ER Hybrid hospitals that are located throughout the country.
This program allows you to set your own schedule, enjoy travel to areas of your choice (not limited to a specific region), and still receive the benefits of being a full-time employee!
Candidates must have completed either a rotating internship or have 2-5 years of ER experience in an emergency hospital.

Option 1:
Pay: $200K
Shift requirement: 10 self-scheduled shifts per period
Option 2:
Pay: $230K
Shift requirement: 12 self-scheduled shifts per period
