Veterinary Client Service Coordinator Full-Time
We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator with EXPERIENCE IN THE VETERINAY FIELD to join our team. We are a small 3 doctor general practice in beautiful Greenwood Village. We are conveniently located in The Orchards shopping plaza, walking distance to Starbucks, King Soopers, Rice Bistro, Chuck & Don's and many other shops. Our VCA Orchard team enjoys working together and having fun while providing the highest standard of care to our patients and clients. We have built a low-drama, inclusive and collaborative culture and are looking for a new associate with these values.

Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Coordinator sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. This position is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
• Opportunities to train under our technical associates to gain veterinary assistant skills.

Compensation based on experience, $17.00 - $20.00 per hour to start.
